For over 65 years, Fliway has been one of New Zealand's most trusted names in logistics, transport and warehousing. Together with Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), we deliver end-to-end supply chain services nationwide.
OUR HERITAGE
Fliway was started in the late 1970's when a young entrepreneur identified a gap in the emerging IT market and Computer Transport Services came to life. From one truck and a desire to provide specialised transport with uncompromising service, Computer Transport Services grew. Additional services of warehousing and Air & Ocean were added over the next 48 years to provide today's customers an end-to-end supply chain experience from anywhere in the world to anywhere in New Zealand.
Like Fliway, SCS also came from an entrepreneur with a strong desire to do things better. SCS was formed in the early 2000's with a strong understanding of the customer, and a keen interest in technology. The business grew off the back of smart technology, and a desire to put the customer first and today is one of the leading New Zealand owned third party warehousing companies.
Today the businesses are proudly NZ Post owned. They operate as complementary businesses under a single executive leadership team with differing industry focuses. Fliway leads in transport, international freight forwarding and traditional warehousing. SCS specialises in enterprise-grade warehouse management, and eCommerce fulfilment.

Our Leadership Team
Cameron McKeown
Chief Executive Officer
Cam McKeown joined Fliway in 1993 and has since held 22 roles across the organisation, gaining extensive experience across all divisions of the business. Prior to becoming Chief Executive, he served as General Manager Australia and New Zealand – Transport and Logistics. As Chief Executive of Fliway and Supply Chain Solutions, Cam leads a strategy centred on supply chain innovation, customer-focused solutions, and operational excellence. He is committed to using technology to drive business performance while creating opportunities for employees to grow and succeed both personally and professionally.
Kim Chamley
Chief Operating Officer Domestic
Kim Chamley, Chief Operating Officer joined Fliway in 2014 and brings more than 25 years of experience across the supply chain, transport, logistics, and commercial sectors. During his time at Fliway and SCS, he has held a variety of leadership roles spanning Transport, Logistics, and Commercial operations. Kim has also held senior leadership positions with leading New Zealand organisations including Fonterra and Foodstuffs. His extensive industry experience, combined with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer outcomes, helps drive the continued growth and performance of Fliway and SCS across our nationwide network.
Mark Hollis
GM Air & Ocean
Mark Hollis joined Fliway as General Manager - Air & Ocean in September 2024 and brings over 30 years of international freight and Logistics experience to the business. Prior to Fliway he was Country Manager NZ/Commercial Manager Australasia of Aviation logistics company B&H Worldwide. Before this he was with Toll Global Forwarding as GM for New Zealand. Mark has led the transformation of Air & Ocean driving growth and innovation through a customer centric lens.
Sharon Gerber
GM People & Safety
Sharon Gerber joined Fliway in July 2024. As General Manager People & Safety for Fliway and Supply Chain Solutions, she leads the organisation’s people, culture, health, safety, and wellbeing strategy. With extensive experience in human resources, leadership, and operational safety, she is passionate about building engaged, high-performing teams and fostering a culture where people can thrive safely and successfully. Sharon works closely with leaders across the business to strengthen organisational capability, support sustainable growth, and maintain a strong focus on employee wellbeing and safety.
Gary Dickins
GM Finance
Gary Dickins joined Fliway in 2009 as Finance Manager and has been General Manager Finance since 2018. Gary leads the Fliway and Supply Chain Solutions finance function, providing strategic financial leadership, commercial insight, and governance oversight to support business performance. He brings significant financial and technical expertise together with extensive experience in leading finance teams. Prior to joining Fliway Gary was Commercial Manager at Bendon following time as Partner in a Chartered Accounting practice.
Pete Yates
Chief Information Officer
Pete Yates joined Fliway and Supply Chain Solutions in August 2025 as Chief Information Officer. He leads the company's technology, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms, supporting the company’s strategy and future growth. With more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, including CIO roles across health, transport and tourism, media, and logistics organisations, Pete is focused on enabling innovation, strengthening cybersecurity, and developing high-performing teams that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
